Job description

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans for the HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps sector.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and objectives for the team.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Identify and target potential new customers in the HVAC industry.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps technology.
  • Provide technical expertise to customers and address their inquiries and concerns effectively.

Sales Support:

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to prepare sales proposals and quotations.
  • Assist in the negotiation and closure of sales deals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as engineering and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyse sales data and prepare reports to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales goals.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff.
